production process
Production is in a Critical Control Area where a higher air pressure
eliminates airborne dust and other contaminants.
The area is also climate controlled to temperature and humidity
specifications; and the air is filtered and ultra violet treated
for purity.
Processing
equipment has a facility for heating and cooling as well as adding
liquids, colours and flavours. A milling facility converts granular
sugar to castor sugar consistency.
