We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right you have 14 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us.
IN-STORE & ONLINE PURCHASES:
Exchange, Credit or Refund are only provided if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase/ delivery dates.
Intermix Melbourne will ensure that all garments sent to you are checked and delivered in perfect condition.
Items that have any tags removed or have been worn or are damaged will not be accepted for return. Please note that garments are to be returned in their original packaging with your receipt. We recommend that if you are returning your garment by post or courier, you take a copy of your receipt before you mail/send it.
If you wish to return your garment(s) in person you may do so by visiting our stores at 142 Auburn Rd, Hawthorn, VIC, 3122 (note that COVID-19 business hours may be altered).
Please contact our head office via email to inform us of your intention to return.
For a refund, exchange or store credit, all sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase/ delivery.
WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURNS
After you have contacted head office please send your return, exchange or refund to 142 Auburn Rd, Hawthorn, VIC, 3122. We advise you use a reputable courier and use a traceable delivery method to ensure the items are returned to Intermix Melbourne. Intermix Melbourne takes no responsibility for any loss of any garments during the returns process.
Once a garment has been received by Intermix Melbourne, it will undergo a quality check and once approved the relevant return entitlement will be issued within 5 working days.
All items can be returned for a store credit (valid 1 year), or an exchange where product is available.
